"Readers wishing to explore Scholaris from an Administrators perspective should refer to the Scholaris Administrators Help section and the Admin. Getting Started section under Help."
I assume this means clicking on "Help" in the portal. However I do not find the above-mentioned resources. Where can I obtain these? Thanks.

After putting off the inevitable for 2 years, we have just created 1790 parent username/passwords in Active Directory. Neil has tweaked our DI for Scholaris and the NetworkLogin IDs have flowed through to each of the "external" users within Scholaris. Our Parents can now login.

"Your Child" options are good; BUT I have a feeling that many parents are going to want access to the Virtual Classrooms (within the V3.4 Collaboration area) that their children do?

Without manually adding up to 54 separate parent logins within the advanced permissions section of each VC site, is there a more obvious way?

Does V4 offer a solution?

TIA.. Chris

A friend who is a seller said he's tried just about everything, and in his opinion, they all play about the same now. Picking up ping g15 driver, he said, "This one is probably the best." Then he laughed and picked up another "But this one is our best seller.” This was priced more expensive than that one. It looked surprised, yes, It's all hype.
Since no two people play golf by ping rapture v2 irons -the same and everyone has an individual physique and swing - a product that adds distance for one player may not help another player at all.
Think about something you do very well that requires those equipments conclude ping g15 fairway wood. You're the expert in this area. Should everyone who attempts your job then buy the exact same equipment as you have? Will that mean they'll be able to do the job better or as well as you?

Hello Development Team,

I'm obviously working on structuring the resources for 2010. Like many schools we use a timetablng program and Scholaris taps into the program and draws out the list of resources and the times when they are locked in as 'used'.

Problem is that the data drawn out by scholaris is the ID field, which is then displayed as the resource in Scholaris. A teacher tries to book a resource and is comfronted with 'Id Codes' such as Wals or ChemL or ... In many cases the timetabling program will not allow an extensive or descriptive code to be used.

Is it possible to have a descriptive field either imported or user edited which matches the Resource Id imported from the timetabling program, so that a user sees the description rather than the Id code when booking a resource.
As an example - our lessons are based on 40 minute blocks. It would be logical then to view and book our resources in 40 Minute blocks rather than the 1 hour chunks that are currently available.
- monitor the progress of each task for each student. Eg. student 1 has completed but student 2 is in progress and student 4 is delayed.
- I would like to be able to monitor student progress without recording them on paper.
- we do not have set up the VELS reporting component etc. So we are not using this system for reporting.
Is this possible?
I currently have a VC set up with two classes attached. I would like for them both to have access to certain resources. However, I would like to
- be able to assign Tasks to individuals of my class without having to complete 17 seperate tasks

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone else is having a problem with finalised assignments?

I have run an assignement; I finalised an auto-marked multi-choice test. I am having the following problems:

1. I cannot see any data in the Assessment History - i get an note saying no data

2. Noting runs for teh score frequency report

3. Nothing runs for the item difficulty report.

Just wondering if you have to turn something on in V4.0 to enable these functions?

Cheers
